The Avon Park Community Center is located at 310 W. Main St., Avon Park, (between the railroad tracks, near the Depot Museum) and is available to rent for special occasions or meetings.  There are 2 floors; the downstairs, which has a stage and full kitchen, can seat up to 300 people and the upstairs can seat up to 100 (or 150 if chairs only).

We have a service that sets up the tables and chairs for you and does the heavy duty clean-up (no extra charge).  Please read over the Community Center Policy & Agreement.pdf for details and pricing information.  If you would like to take a look at the Community Center, come to the 2^nd floor of City Hall at 110 E. Main St. to get a key.  Call (863) 452-4403 or 452-4405 to make sure someone is available.

We do not hold any dates.  We require payment in full at the time of signing the contract - rental fee + $200 deposit + $700 if alcohol is served), call (863) 452-4403 or (863)452-4405 to confirm the date you want is available and someone is in at City Hall to do a contract for you.  We look forward to making your event one to remember!
